Sadly I was the first to review them, and now I will be the last to as well. They closed first of December. I hope the location finds a new resturant soon, its the closest place to my house :)

First let me say, I do not like burgers! But Burger Bach has me wanting to go back and try all different variations. Check out my food page on IG for more @Javellgoodeats. I went on a Sunday so it was sort of slow. They have a little patio which is nice as the good weather is officially here. The service here is pretty good, they have a good drink menu. I went after a hike so I was for sure craving some cold refreshing bold rock. We also ordered the Buffalo chicken dip, which was actually really good and flavorful. The chips that we got with the dip were wayyyyyy too salty but that doesn't ruin this 5 star review. I got the west coach, my bf got the hot chick. Both were so good! So delicious and flavorful. I always feel gross and sick after eating burgers but not these. They weren't greasy at all. Definitely recommend!

Burger Bach is one of those restaurants that's always a solid option. It's consistent, it's clean, and the environment is fun (think casual chic gastro-pub) and inviting. I really liked how ḟėṡṫivė the Midlothian location was with all their Halloween decorations- my kids were in Heaven and really appreciated all the spiders and skeletons . Amazing for any time of day, I present to you...the Cure. I had mine served on a lettuce wrap rather than a bun, which was really really good! The clean of the layered iceberg layers gave a nice crunch and were plenty big enough to encapsulate the mammoth burger and fixings within. The Hangover Cure is comprised of a grass-fed New Zealand sourced beef patty , bacon , a fried egg , hot sauce , American cheese , tomato , caramelized onion , and mayo. Burgers come with a side option of a side salad or fries, but I upgraded to the brussel sprouts (SO worth it!). The sprouts come roasted and topped with hot honey, goat cheese, garlic and shallots . Tip: Try some of their amazing house made sauces with a side of truffle fries! My favorites are the garlic aioli and the basil pesto.

Location & Aesthetic Burger Bach and I have some great memories together! This visit was a mini recreate for my husband and I first date (at the time two friends grabbing some burgers together 10years ago in ShortPump lol). Ten years later we decided to visit the Midlothian location closer to us. When we visited this Virginia born restaurant, we were greeted by one of the hostesses and immediately seated. Shortly after we were introduced to our friendly server. I love the privacy between each seating, but this does limit the amount of and quality of photos we could take. There is a huge menu selection and I love that I am no longer forced to have a salad for my side, but the option of a side of fries instead. It didn't take long for us to receive our meals to enjoy. Overall Taste Everything was hot and fresh! We did enjoy our burgers, fries, and our sauce of choice. However, the burgers lacked the flavor profile that we remembered and the bottom bun on both of our burgers were extremely soggy. Regardless we enjoyed our mini date night and have returned. Our burgers after our mini date night were delicious and more flavorful. Recommend

Burger Bach, where you get what I call "bougie burgers". The service is always top-notch, place is clean, and the ambience is like a modern farm with a bar. Speaking of service, my husband celebrated his birthday dinner here with a large group (about 17 people) and they were able to accommodate us all last minute! Wide selection of burgers, but they do have other stuff too if that's not your thing. As for the burgers though, my husband and I haven't had a bad one yet. We haven't tried all of them, but we've tried our fair share. Their fries are always a high point, even my pickiest of friends love their fries. Price is a little more expensive, but not as bad as you might expect for the quality of everything you're getting. I like coming here while my husband loves coming here. All in all, if you haven't been here before, make it a point to try at least once.

We decided to have a late brunch here and we were not disappointed. It was around 2:30pm on a Sunday and the inside was not packed or busy. We decided to sit at the bar in order to enjoy the tv and see what was available. I ordered the Bachville Hot Chick. It was not what I expected when it was initially brought out to me. I thought that it was going to be a deep fried chicken burger covered in the bachville hot panko. I was a tad disappointed. Upon first bite, I didn't catch any heat. Afterwards, though, it was there. I wish there was more Sunday sauce and panko on the burger. I did add pepper Jack cheese and turkey bacon. Overall, the burger was good. He ordered the French Chick and expressed that it was good. He was caught off guard by the actual green apple slices. I am not sure why, but the chicken in his burger had a different taste. The fries were great and that sriracha aioli never disappoints.

Delicious as always and surprisingly kid friendly! I've been a number of times in the last few months since I discovered the fantastic kid's menu! I've usually kept to my Queenstown Lamb Burger, but lately I've tried a few new things with my more frequent visits! The Southern Gent and the East Coast were excellent recently! Fresh cut fries and the delicious aiolis are great sides. You can not choose your side of choice in case you just want a burger and greasy fries. In the past you got a nice little salad on the side and had to order the fries separate, but I guess this New Zealand gastro pub has realized the American way and tossed the fries in as the standard side option. Service was great and food was amazing! Definitely a great spot for a weeknight or weekend!

Stopped in on a a Friday night shortly after 8 PM. We were seated pretty quickly and shortly afterward brought waters. The server who brought us our waters ended up being our server for the evening after we had waited a few minutes. But he ended up being great and gave a good recommendation for fry sauce (jalapeño remoulade)! The only other time I've had Burger Bach was during the pandemic via a to go order and it was good. But this experience completely surpassed that one. I had the Original Burger (no pink) w/ had sautéed onions vs. raw onions and it was amazing. It was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The share fries were exactly what I was craving and I loved the sauce options we did jalapeño remoulade and truffle aioli; the remoulade wasn't too spicy and also seemed fresh but the truffle aioli was my favorite. My boyfriend had the Bourbon Bacon Burger, and a safe to say that he enjoyed it because I didn't even get offered a bite lol! We'll definitely be coming back!
